Unlock contact details

Pay a small once-off fee to see this worker's phone and WhatsApp number.

You'll get a prompt on your phone to confirm payment. By continuing you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

1. What Imba Connect is. Imba Connect is a listing platform that connects households looking for domestic help with individuals offering their services as House Maids, Gardeners, Caregivers, and similar roles. We are not an employment agency, and we do not employ, supervise, or manage any worker listed on the platform.

2. No guarantee of hire or suitability. Imba Connect does not guarantee that any worker will be hired, or that any worker's skills, character, or background meet a particular household's needs. Employers are responsible for their own vetting, interviews, and reference checks before hiring.

3. Unlock fees are non-refundable. The fee paid to unlock a worker's contact details covers access to that contact information. Once contact details are revealed, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether a hire takes place.

4. Worker profile accuracy. Workers confirm that the information and photo submitted for their profile are accurate and their own. Imba Connect reviews profiles before publishing but cannot independently verify every claim made by a worker.

5. Conduct between employers and workers. Any agreement, arrangement, payment, or dispute between an employer and a worker after contact is exchanged is between those two parties. Imba Connect is not a party to that arrangement and is not liable for any outcome of it.

6. Reporting concerns. If you experience inappropriate behaviour from a worker or employer, please report it to us via WhatsApp so we can review and take action, which may include removing a profile from the platform.

7. Privacy. A worker's phone number is kept private and is only shared with an employer after that employer has paid the unlock fee for that specific profile.

8. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Imba Connect after an update means you accept the revised terms.
